The title, "Clearing," has a double meaning, the verb (clearing away things that don't belong) and the noun (a calm meadow in the midst of a forest, or a patch of land that has been cleared for cultivation).
This is take two of this blog. I started it in September 2012 with the idea of documenting my "creative life projects." This didn't go so well. Not surprisingly, the root of my never-fulfilled quest to do both types of clearing turned out to be me.
I'm restarting now, deleting things I originally put here that don't represent who I am anymore. I'll still keep my inspiration page (clipboard) and quotations page, but the idea now is to be more project-focused and less me-focused. There's still room here for reflection, just not the sort of reflection that involves staring into endless mirrors.
Welcome. I'm glad you stopped by.
